This is a guided meditation for daily use. Make it your own. Let the time after the spoken words be yours. Go where it takes you. It's in the place of no words that you will find deep peace, which is your natural state.

Deep Peaceful Sleep

Lie down in a comfortable position. Take a breath. Let your body be limp. It's time to let the day go. You've done what you could on this day. Now is the time to sleep and rejunenate. Always let the unspoken section take your where it leads. The world beyond the physical awaits. The inner world of rest and joy.
